Boots of Cruelty
I looked all around on the horde and it seems that the plate vicious boots with crit are not available unless you use conquest points (1650 exactly)[have to win a bg on 66 different days]. This is slightly troublesome as the alliance are able to get this easily with 2000 honor but the horde cannot. Please just add this one item to the armor vendor for us plate horde wearers
