help i cant cast any spells

i logged in to wow and when i tried to get on my mount nothing happend he just stood there casting but it didnt work. the casting bar did pop or or anything. i tried it with spells and the same thing happend. i switched realms and the same thing happend. what do i do? i shared the files to my friends computer and now its happening to him. help please.
