I cant select realm, it just stays at Damnation.

When i try to select a another realm, i just says 'retriveing realm server' or something. and it just stays there.

One day i pressed it. and got out, one hour later it stil stood on retriveing realm server.

What should i do?

Well, when that happens, try logging out and when Damanation comes up again just hit change realm. Usually works for me about everytime, if not, exit it and open up wow again.

You need to change realms as soon as you log onto your account.
