Pretending to be a Dev

Hi there, this player who i saw constantly trolling on the world chat has clammed he is a Dev :whistle:. If he was a Dev can he say it or not? I thought they were not supposed to. I also don't think a Dev would troll like this guy..... :? Dj (Dev who's whole name i cant remember how to spell) also said the night before that he was currently the only Dev working on the cata realms :whistle:
