So, i reported this guy, who is logging on different chars, or accounts, 1 shotting everything on the malls, Bgs and threatening to join arenas, as you can see he did like 1023123'10239123k dmg to me on a character named Bara(something) and on effectisgay he has 2M hp doing the same...

now i ask, how come he isnt getting IP banned

as he implies, Creating a new account is not that hard...

I do it everyday and everytime he logs on, but from the moment I do report it takes about 2 hours for the GM to ban him.
