Warlock Shadow Ward and Demonic Circle: Teleport don´t work

hi guys,

i have an warlock and i cannot use the Shadow Ward and Demonic Circle: Teleport. The Demonic Circle: Summon works, but when i use the teleport, he says "You can´t do that yet", and the shadow ward does not appear in action bar and nothing happens! :o . GMs, work in this spells, warlocks needs them!!! :P
