HELP GEM

Hi Everyone ! ;)
I have a problem, I'm level 450 JC, i bought many titanium ore(like 20), then i tried to use prospecting on titanium ore, and they said "THERE is no gems in this", i repeated this operation many time and always the same problem!!
someone can help me plz??
