BUYING VIP POINTS ISSUE?

So about 10 minutes ago i spent a few dollars for some vip points. i still havent gotten them? anyone eles got this problem? not to sound bad or rude, but if i dont have them by tomorrow i would like something in return for free for this issue thanks :snooty:

It happened to me earlier today, if you post in the VIP Issues someone will fix the problem.

Our anti-fraud system now requires a bit of information be entered at certain thresholds. Once it's entered our billing team / admins review it then accept it. If your points are in with held due to this they will be given as soon as the information given is accepted.

I just cleared the backlog of entries so if you still don't have your points and have entered in the information asked for then ask in VIP issues.
