excuse me GM!???

Ive been playing all day long with no problems at all. No problems with other players or nothing,
then i log out, and after 4 minutes offline i try to login but then im banned apperently ?? any idea why this happened (answer fast really fast thank you= ```?? i really dont understand this at all ?? been playing all day long

i log out for 4 minutes and then ill try to log in again and then im banned ?? !!

btw no matter what i type in username and password i got a message standing that im banned ??

even if username is :jsjfjsdfjsfdsfdks
and password is :jasdjasdjkajksdj

im banned ??
