Im not sure how it is on other realms, but on eternal there are no recipes or mats for 250-350 so ill just list what i did to help other people with their cooking.

Once you hit 250, go to felwood and pick up the recipe Charred Bear Kabobs. Check the link for location.

Alliance can get a recipe that uses the same materials from http://www.wowhead.com/npc=2803

There are bears all around felwood that drop the meat for this recipe, just kill them until you get enough to get to 300.

From here you go to outland and pick up this recipe.

Kill these http://www.wowhead.com/npc=16933 until you have enough meat to get to 340 with this recipe.

Then pick up this recipe http://www.wowhead.com/item=27692 and kill the warp stalkers in this zone. They are all over the place. http://www.wowhead.com/npc=18464

After that you are at 350 and you can continue from the cooking trainer at the nearest mall.

the NPC's in terokkar forest dont drop anything and i killed them like 10 ...

Juicy bear burger and Charred bear kabobs got me to 295 then went grey.

I was however able to get the Recipe: Runn Tum Tuber Surprise from Pusillin in Dire Maul. Runn Tum Tuber is supposed to drop from object container Warpwood Pod but was unable to find a single one of those. Fortunately it dropped from Pusillin along with the recipe. At 295 it was orange, so was able to take me from 295 using the guide above to 300.

If you want to avoid felwood, you may repeated kill Pusillin to get Runn Tum Tuber for the recipe. Though its a bit of work since you have to interact with the npc and follow it 4 times before you can kill it.

i killed the ravagers and the warp stalkers and there wasnt even a loot window for me to loot im on remorse realm is this suppose to happen?
