This is the guide to Instance Dark'Tharon Keep.
Dark'Tharon Keep: This Is a dungeon located in pass between Zul'Drak and Grizzly Hills. It's an Icy Troll fortress. Scourge drove the Trolls out and they are making it their own home. This Instance is filled with lizards and Dinos as well as Undead.
Bosses:
Trollgore: This is the first boss of Dark'Tharon Keep.
Abilities:
Crush: Deals 150% Weapon damage to a target.
Infected Wound: It Applies a debuff which increases the damage taken by 15% for 10 seconds.
Corpse Explode: Trollgore explodes the nearby corpse of dead Drakkari Invader dealing 3770-4230 (9425-10575 HC) Nature damage after 4 seconds to all players in 5 yards.
Consume: Deals 1885-2115 (4713-5287 HC) Shadow damage to players that are in his line of sight. Also applies a debuff which increases the damage taken for 2% (5% HC) stacks 100 times.
Tactic: This is an easy DPS race fight. That means that more hes alive more damage he does. DPS should stay away from corpses of Darkkari Invaders so Corpse Explode doesn't hit them. When casting Consume RDPS should move behind obstacle to prevent further damage.
Novos the Summoner: This is second boss for Dark'Tharon Keep.
Abilities:
Frostbolt: Deals 2313-2687 (4625-5375 HC) Frost damage to a random target and reduces his movement speed by 50%.
Wrath of Misery: Applies a curse on a random target, dealing 1619-1881 (2590-3010 HC) Shadow damage every 2 seconds for 8 seconds.
Arcane Blast: Deals 1749-1951 (3403-3797 HC) Arcane damage to his current target and knocks him back.
Blizzard: Summons a Blizzard upon a random player, dealing 1665-1935 (3330-3870 HC) every 2 seconds every 8 seconds in a 8 yards range.
Arcane Field: Deals 1665-1935 ( Arcane damage every second and reduces movement speed by 50%. Lasts until the 4 Crystal Handlers are killed.
(Heroic only)
Summon Minions: Summons 5 Rotted Troll Corpses with no special abilities.
Tactic: Tactic is easy. It has 2 phases. On first phase one DPS should be sent up stairs to take adds and others will attack Crystal Handlers. After 4 waves Novos will be attackable. Also players should watch for Blizzard.
King Dred: This is third boss of Dark'Tharon Keep.
Abilities:
Grievous Bite: Deals 8000 Physical damage and applies a bleeding effect that deals 1050-1250 every 2 seconds until the target is fully healed.
Mangling Slash: Deals 125% of his melee damage and increases the damage done by bleeding effects by 75% for 15 seconds.
Fearsome Roar: Reduces all damage done by nearby targets by 125 (250 HC) for 8 seconds.
Piercing Slash: Deals 125% of his melee damage and reduces the armor of his current target by 75% for 10
seconds.
Bellowing Roar: Fears all tagrets in a 35 yars range for 4 seconds.
Raptor Call: Calls a Drakkari Gutripper or Drakkari Scytheclaw to assist King Dred.
Tactic: He should be attacked only when all raptors are killed. Healers need to be very careful.
The Prophet Tharon'ja: This is final boss of Dark'Tharon Keep.
Abilities:
Phase One: Skeleton
Curse of Life: Deals 709-791 (2363-2637 HC) Shadow damage every 3 seconds for 9 seconds. This effect is removed if the target falls below 50% of his maximal health.
Rain of Fire: Calls down a rain of fire, dealing 1850-2150 (3700-4300 HC) Fire damage in a 6 yards radius.
Shadow Volley: Deals 1665-1935 (3885-4515 HC) Shadow damage to all players around him.
Decay Flesh: Stuns all player for a short amount of time. During this time, he will no longer attack or cast spells. He enters phase 2 immediately after the end of the channeling.
Phase Two: Flesh
Gift of Tharon'ja: Turns all players into skeletons, granting them new abilities.
Lighting Breath: Deals 1388-1612 (2775-3225 HC) Nature damage to a random target.
Eye Beam: Channels a spell on a random target that inflicts 1040-1060 (2080-2320 HC) Shadow damage every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.
Poison Cloud: Drops a poison cloud under the ground, dealing 602-698 (1203-1397 HC) Nature damage every second for 10 seconds to all players inside the cloud.
Return Flesh: Stuns all player for a short amount of time. During this time, he will no longer attack or cast spells. He returns in phase 1 immediately after the end of the channeling.
Tactic: This fight will be moving from one phase to other. Healers should keep all players above 50% health. When they are turned into skeletons they can't use their normal abilities. But they get new ones. Avoid AoE.
