(New) Cata Sandbox login issue has been fixed. Oops!

We're working on the issue, almost resolved. No you were not banned.
Update: @3:16PM Server Time: Looks like the issue is resolved. Please respond if you're still seeing the issue.
We're working on the lag issue also.
Update:@4:34PM Lag issue is resolved.
Update:@10:26PM Ban issue is really resolved now. Specifically, I put a workaround in place until I can fix what is causing it. Within a few minutes you should be fine.
