We thank you for your support and patience while we figured out this issue.
From Cyph3r: "Since the fix we've had 16 hours of uptime and counting. We had to restart eternal around 1pm Server Time today to allocate more RAM from some other things to it as we've been running out/low on RAM for some time now and it was causing much lag today. This is a temporary workaround until our new shipment of RAM arrives next Tuesday. I'm taking the main realm machine from 16 GB to 48 GB of ram, so this issue will be permanently gone."

We think we have fixed the crashing issue, thanks to Cyph3r for spotting it out. Please note that we have fixed the issue that makes the server crash frequently, we might not have fixed ALL the crashing issues but I guarantee that you will see the up time increase dramatically.

Those weren't crashes. We restarted the server to allocate more ram to it and to make a compile change to fix the lag issue. We haven't crashed in 16 hours now and counting. Best uptime for the realm we've had in months.

The reason it was lagging is we're out of ram and had to shut off some other things to release more ram to eternal until our new shipment of ram arrives next Tuesday. I'm taking the main realm machine from 16gb to 48gb of ram. Rest assured all issues are being resolved.

why do I keep getting disconnected from the server and can't reconnect for a while? I've been having this problem ever since the server issues started and I'm still having the problem.
