Connection Guide
We had a DNS server go down this morning, and our backup dns servers failed to take over. This affected our domain name's pointers to the website and logon server and there is no resolution except to wait. As of this message about 50% of our players are seeing the site and logon server again; everyone else should see it anytime from now to the next 12 hours.
We'll be moving our DNS to a better solution this week to prevent this from ever happening again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tried the .org a few hours ago >.< still lagging
After 3 hours
finally I can Log in in the .com

Did a pingtest = fine 0 loss
did a speedtest = 1Mbps all fine
pinged Google or yahoo = no loss
pinged server = 10% loss
Used Visualroute
However, all hops after hop 11 in network 'Cable & Wireless' respond particularly slowly.
