Hi all,
On behalf of the team, we apologize for the downtime. What started out as 15 minutes of downtime due to a router that abruptly rebooted in our datacenter, turned into a bigger issue. We quickly took action to determine that one of the main routers at our datacenter rebooted unexpectedly, dropping all traffic. It's back up now.
I am looking into the router issue to prevent it from reoccurring.
A side effect of the router issue is we rebooted our database to reconnect and one of the tables became corrupted. It took awhile for me to figure out that this was the cause and locate the exact data to restore.
The good news is I was expecting many more hours of downtime, and also a significant rollback, and was able to avoid both.
Everything is back to normal now.
Thank you for your understanding. Remember your support, votes, and donations make all the difference in the world. They help us grow and improve issues such as these over time.
Happy gaming!
