happy new year.... But damn there are a lot of crashes.... attempting to pug a raid is nigh impossible with crashes causing people to not log back on and stuff... please.... make the crashes stop.

It would be nice if you didn't taint threads with unrelated business and also used a bit more respect.

But with regard to the crashing (on Redemption), we've already improved it quite a bit with the Lord Marrowgar workaround. Our devs are looking into resolving other crashes.
I haven't heard reports of significant lag, but I just ordered brand new machines to add to our datacenter. They should arrive late next week and hopefully be configured and running the realms within a few weeks. This is a *major* upgrade and will provide some needed redundancy, isolation of realms on multiple boxes, and lag improvements.
