For those that read whats been stated, I am planning on adjusting and adding new items at least 1-2 times a week until it grows to 2-3 times the amount of items. This was just a first step.
People were never meant to gear up via vote points as quickly as they were, and a lack of ability to easily adjust the cost in the last system meant we had to wait to make changes.
When 90% of the items were added you could get 3 vote points a DAY, not you can get 19 a day (soon to be 20) when the rest were added you could get 6 a day.
Prices were not even increased to what they should be in reality, we felt that would be too much.
Not once in all the notices did you EVER say anything about prices going up. Furthermore AGAIN if you would have announced all this PRIOR TO doing it and giving a transition period then people would not be so mad.
Not all of us started when you could only get 6VP/Day do I don't really care if you guys have failed to keep the ratio up on VP items; to me this seems like a super dick move.
AGAIN, when you are transparant to your users then they are behind most actions you do. Telling us in advance "hey on Dec 1 we are changing all pricing etc." then we could have dumped our points and nobody would be pissed.

It's just ridiculous how we can't save up anymore. We have to spend our points in fear that you guys will jack up prices again. There really is no point in voting anymore. Just my two cents.
Everyone is missing the fact that the inflation of vote points is pretty significant. A person can get upwards of 20 vote points per day! Your point of view is quite an extremist view. This is the first time in the history of eternal that we have jacked up the vote prices.
I will say this again, I don't care if this is the first time Eternal has done this. What I see is complete bullshit as I've only been playing here for a couple of months really and so I've only seen an increase of 5VP/Day. The group I play with... same thing.
And personally with Heriloom items being such a hot topic my 2 cents are this... remove them from VP rewards or jack up the prices greatly. Having the free T7 and cheap heirlooms have already killed the AH pretty much when trying to sell gear (don't try to sell weapons, chest or shoulders... they don't sell save for disenchants).

Vote or donate = Vote Points
Cost = 25 points per unit / 300 points per Stack
Reason: Many Players lacks some good gear to run ICC. In theory, just these that donor can make it properly. Or if raid has some 3-4 donors with T10 on it.
Of course that playskill Is better than GS, but a Skilled player with T9 will get some burden to make Marrowgar, even in 10man normal. A raid with full T9 still lacks Boots, wrist and waist of the same level. The primordial saronite can give to this players a chance to buy the recipes and make some equips.
get the pvp items, or items from pos/fos heroic. icc wasnt meant for everyone, if your not good enough dont try it. so much non non-donors(including myself) have made it into icc(ive done that with scripted bosses) 10 normal is so boring, you can do it easily right now with the 30% buff(blame blizz for the buff, they made it 0-5-10-20-30%...) but dont put primordial saronite into it, and if you do, dont put it at 25 points per item.. its really free loot then...
Considering the fact that primordials were selling for 300-700g in 3.3.5 on several servers, why is making them easier to get a bad thing? Especially with the state icc is in, primordials are almost non existent, with those on the auction going for 30k plus for a single unit. maybe 25 is a bit low, maybe something like 40. Also do not do pve with pvp gear -.- unless the difference is t7 to relent, use anything but pvp gear.
I can tell you though that everyone is so love-blind to GS that it's worth it for some people who know how to play to run some WSG and grab a few higher GS pieces just to pad your GS
