New Fix option on Account Control Panel

For anyone who gets affected by the Player Flags issue, which includes the "Dev" tag, the Chinese debuff, or the guild vault access issue, you can now go to the Account Control Panel, locate your character on the right, and click the "Fix" button on the right. You must do this while completely logged out. Enjoy!

This also works for the shadow prison debuff?

Tried the fix today. Did not fix anything in the guild bank. How long will the guild bank be bugged? It's becoming increasingly annoying.
