[COMPLETED] New Hardware! Maintenance at 10PM Server tonight

Update: This was successful, took about 8 minutes, and servers are up!

I posted earlier about RAM shortages causing lag recently. The hardware upgrades I purchased have arrived sooner than expected! We'll be going down for maintenance tonight for up to 1 hour to install new RAM on both boxes and new CPU's on the older box.

Main Server Machine going from 16GB RAM to 40GB; Other Server Machine going from 12GB RAM to 20GB RAM and going from 8*1.86 GHz cpu's to 8*2.67 GHz. We plan to launch a new realm soon and this will allow it plus fix any lag issues that exist at times.

HeX will be installing the new hardware at our stunning datacenter facility.

I know this is irrelevant but I can't connect since today and I have played last night when the 40g ram upgrade was made. Only I can't connect today and you guys don't have a phone number i can call for help. It stops at "Connecting" which usually means the server is down. But I hear from some that it isn't. And someone else posted this too. Can anyone help me?

appauled, we have an chat you can go to and talk about the issue with someone. But long story short, use wow launcher to make sur eyou're on 3.3.5, then use the eternal launcher to set your realmlist properly. That fixes 99% of problems.
