It's almost that time that we say goodbye to 2009, and hello to 2010. Eternal-WoW has had its ups and downs since we started up in June but overall, 2009 has been good to us. We believe that a new year should start new beginnings so ALL ARENA TEAM STATS HAVE BEEN RESET!

As for those of you who think it's unfair,

The chance of it getting reset any other day of the year is slim.

Vs. retail's amazing Arena Reset at the start of every new season.

this wins imo.

And if that is the thing that made your New Years the worst you've had...

LOL worst new years ever? I had no idea that a private server determined a good and bad new year.

For those of you confused, we are resetting arena teams because we want to give everyone a shot at the number 1 slot in arena. In the near future there will be leaderboards of the top 10 or so teams.

It stands as it is, if this is the worst new years ever...then make it the best.

.....You guys are strange.. We are talking about 400-600 arena points! It's not the end of the world! And asking FaTe to add arena points is just stupid. I'm pretty sure he got better things to do then add arena points to every damn player on this server. It's not as simple as you think. You don't just press one key... <.<

ScRuB...he never said it WAS a new season

He used the old fashioned compare/contrast method to prove a point...in this case it was a contrast due to the fact that he is comparing the differences between the resets done in private servers vs. retail.

It's OK that you reset Team Rating and the number of games played but why not give Arena Points just before that? AP were flushed every Friday anyway!

yesterday i've spend 6hrs + for playing arena ... by my 5 chars ... it's like 150-200 games ... and

i' haven't got any AP for THAT ... YEA Hephaestus shut up please.

Lol, noooo its not that you are old fashioned, its just that the method is so common and used in everyday debates and arguments that it has been considered old fashioned. Heck, I use it myself all the time. Its effective, and gets the point across.

Correction, its Old fashioned and still very stylish to use
