Our expected downtime last night extended on into the morning hours for us here. There was some performance issues with a few upgrades we applied. Due to this we had to downgrade back to the old software.

No character or account information was lost, changed, rolled back or anything of the sort.

There is quite a bit of technical mumbo-jumbo-jargon that went wrong during the software upgrade, but here is the good news.

WE ARE IN A NEW LOCATION! The new location should offer most of our player count a lower latency for connections.

Please let us know if you can't access the realms.

Hi there!

After i give I type my password I get a massage "Unable to connect". Am I doing anything wrong? Is there a new realmlist?
Please help me.

where is it located now? I'm from Germany and my latency tops the hills now ... it's always between 300-400. breofre it was at 90-120 cO

it lags like hell now :<

Give the lag issue a rest for at least 24 hours, to see that the problem is not at your end. You could have recent problems with your own ISP by coincidence.

The server is in Dallas (I used Geotool and thats why i know)

Yes, the lag is great. I know it's a problem with your server and not my internet conenction, because I checked three alternative servers...

I put in my info to log in and it says connected and everything then it says unable to connecct to servers what do i have to do to fix it ?
