This probably has nothing to do with this but whatever i will still post it since you're fixing stuff about event items
"Consigliere" cannot open shop if you have quest to finish at him and i have 50 shards and i cannot finish quest or open shop to buy something , therefore i have to abandon the quest to open the shop which i do not want to do
my suggestion is to add him the ability "browse your shop" and "finish quest " instead of opening the quest directly or increasing the shards stack

Awesome job Greg or whoever edited them ( trinkets ) , they're finally balanced
