Updates that need testing:
  • The client freezing issue while using vehicles in Strand of the Ancients, Ilse of Conquest, and while fighting Lord Marrowgar (Bone Spikes) is fixed.
  • The door behind Deathbringer Saurfang is now operational, and the frost jet traps in these corridors must be avoided. Click on the central Upper Spire teleporter to switch these "Off" to help fellow raid members, and to add the Upper Spire teleport location to your raid's repertoire.
  • Festergut's annoying raid teleportation during Pungent Blight should also be fixed.
  • Sindragosa is now fully scripted and needs testing. I will be hosting ICC raids this weekend to try to get an idea of how well the script is working.
  • The Sons of Hodir have cried long enough, and are now friendly and set to all phases. This allows players to buy the shoulder enchants for gold and without any reputation, but you still need the required rep for all the other gear sold on Lillehoff. I took care to prevent Oloh the wolf from being friendly in case Hunter players wanted to tame him.
  • A brand spankin' new Eternal Teleporter system I've been working on can be checked out on the PTR as it gets more and more updated. It has replaced the existing Eternal Gateways, and has many exciting new features more advanced than our current teleporter. The one seen on the PTR is in an "All realms" state, and is subject to change based on the needs of each of our servers. Because the teleporter is in a beta state, and getting around the world to test these things is important, I have turned on the .tele command so that all players can teleport anywhere they wish. Type .command in-game to see your available commands.
  • Prototype weapons have been added to the Consigliere (event vendor) in the Event Chamber - A Frostmourne prototype and two custom Warglaives of Eternity (both items are unique and have never been seen nor equipped on retail). Frostmourne has an on-equip special effect and a 100% proc special effect. I know, your soul has never been more perilously on the brink of despair. Our decision on how to move forward with these weapons is subject to change. I value our player's opinions, and would like to know what you think. Post a thread in our Public Test Realm (PTR) Forum and let objective logic be your guide.

Also...
Exile's new Exile Credit vendor now sells much better scrolls. Delete your cache folder to see these changes. The scrolls are tradeable and stacked to 20 uses each. The Scroll of the Wickerman was intended for players to buy them for new lowbies to help them level (along with whatever other buffs you want to give them), which in turn enhances and improves the overall life and helpfulness of the server. This is the start of many things coming for Exile.

Spike is bugged. Your suppose to be able to heal someone who is spiked. But the spike makes them invalid. Thought i would leave you some feedback. Thanks for your efforts on scripting ICC. :D

I agree on that point..the spikes makes then an invalid target thus i cant heal anyone...
i look forward to the new scripts in ICC

Ah, the client crash on bg especially in Sota is due to vehicle? I never noticed it. Yes the crashes only happen mostly in sota and isle of conquest. Thanks for this info.

Frostmourne is rather disappointing. Unless my cache is screwing things up, it's the same thing as a heroic Glorenzelg (same one you get from donating).


Or maybe you plan to release it to non-donors?

it dissapoints me not to see a bow there that could work as an exchange for the icc ones. also if you guys do a bow please try to keep the ammo usage. a bow that doesnt use arrows would make the arrows obsolente and affect the ones that craft them.

A few more icc bugs that we'd like to note... On princes, now even if you kill 1 of the princes, the encounter dosent end. If you kill valanar first then u can get loot but doors to BQ remain closed and encounter dosent end.
If you kill Taladram only, then doors open and encounter ends but you get no loot.

Proff 25 = you can turn into an abo. The abo apears but the player dosent turn into an abo.

Rotface 10 hc = melee can get vile gas even though you keep enough people in ranged group.

BQ 10n = after first wipe BQ is half in the ground and dosent follow the tank when agroed... just stays in the middle until first flight phase then goes back to normal

thats all the bugs from the top of my head (this is all for redemption btw). If you could get them fixed, it would be great =D

there is also a bug in putricide 10 hc... you get to turn into abomination but the eat skills wont be highlighted even if you are in the middle of slime pool.

Note that with custom gear that they should be available for all players through various means, such as events or donation. Just some methods of obtaining the items maybe more difficult compared to others. Just a thought... but yeah...

More custom additions will ruin the Redemption Realm... Just keep the trinkets...I know that when everybody has the trinkets,the potions and anything else they need they won't participate in the events but that could be solved by making Shards BoA (Bind on Account) so people can trade them to their other characters and gear them..I also know that its difficult to keep players attention here and satisfy them but more custom events might do the trick..
For example make Hide and Seek events more often and not only after a Custom Boss Encounter or a Massive PvP fight.As far as I know Hide and Seek events don't reward shards but Mounts,Mini Pets etc..Also you can give out a 1week Jeeves as a reward for Hide and Seek events...

Also let me remind you what I wrote earlier : More custom additions might ruin the Redemption Realm..And I talk only about Redemption because no other realms are semi-blizzlike and are based mostly on PvE.(Never said that Redemption hasn't got a PvP Side).Some of you will think that Custom gear in PvP will ruin it too,I don't disagree but think about it.800 people are raiding each day, if these 800 have custom gear that's better than the Raid's ones then why should they raid?For Glory?For Fun?It's not funny having a custom geared player in your group telling you : I am custom geared,I am Pro,I can do that-do this- etc..

That's all I wanted to write..And once again don't overdo it with custom gear..
