Increased respawn rate on the following NPCs:
- Scarlet Ballista
- Hearthglen Crusader
- Tirisfal Crusader
- Scarlet Fleet Defender
- Patchwerk
- Kuz
- Time-Lost Proto Drake
- Vyragosa
Un'Goro Crater:
Removed over 20 "Devilsaurs" from the area.
Re-added:

1 King Mosh
