New Update: It appears as though the fix worked. Just in case, we will continue to monitor the realm closely.

We believe we may have found the issue regarding the connection lag the last time Redemption was moved to the new box. In light of this, we're going to be making the move to the new box tonight and keeping an eye on connectivity throughout this process. Downtime is expected to be approximately 30 min - 1 hour. We'll know for certain if the fix worked when connection during our peak times (11am-2pm server time tomorrow) is nice and smooth. If it isn't, we'll get Redemption back to its original quick-login state without any hesitation.

I also just wanted to say - we appreciate everyone's positive support. Despite the occasional unfortunate news post, you guys are still very cool about it. It's nice to see supportive replies here when you guys and gals have every reason to be frustrated. That's why I heart this community.

well Greg bitching about it (the lag, the downtime, the fixes, etc.) wont make it work, will only piss you guys off and that will most likely end up having a negative impact on the whole community. so cheers! hope u guys find the problem soon and we can all get back to enjoying Redemption like we used to!

PS: lag IS a bitch, cant wait to see it gone!

Thanks a lot for this amazing server and the effort you put into it. We appreciate it. I have a suggestion, though. Why do not you test everything on the new server and keep the old one running until you are satisfied with what you see. Then, make the migration after that.

YES. PERFECT. I am playing at 12:06, right after 2nd time you all moved to the new box. EXCELLENT JOB. I can tell the server is much faster. The first time was very slow, this was very fast. Whatever it was you did fixed the problem. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE INCREDIBLE WORK!

Just to make you aware, the website isn't updating the server condition for Redemption correctly. Right now it says it is unavailable and I am in there kikn ash!

I can't log in,either. I haven't been able to for days. It keeps saying "Unable to connect". I know I'm not the only one having this problem.
