Update Progress: Done.
What news things will there be Themis?

More Updates Soon - Stay Tuned. Vip Mall vendors will be renewed after next restart or crash.

The leveling areas and the event tab is double (going another time after the first 'back'), and every tab besides 'PvP areas' has 2 'back's, placed somewhere in between the teleports.

The who list never worked properly on Remorse, and never will. This is because of illigal actions that will need to be taken in order to make it work above level 100.
It has been disabled on the other realms because of script kiddies abusing a core bug, this will get fixed if they can.

What can wedo with the mini upgrade tokens ? just cuz i dont find any way to buy gear or weps with em.

Quests are supposed to require 'Armor upgrade tokens', which are equal to 5 mini tokens. You can't exchange them yet, though, and the quests still require Daily Emblems. I'd also like to know what the Daily Emblem:Token is.
