Can't purchase items from the voting store for my Ruin character. Is this a problem with Ruin or the website?

What I mean is: When I hit "Purchase", I get a message saying that there was an error sending the items and to contact and administrator. Well doing THAT is a royal runaround on this website so I'm posting the problem here. It's great that the full run of Heirloom gear is available, now if we could actually GET the stuff...

was just wondering now that Ruin has become pve also can the perminent pvp system be turned off ,many players that are levelling in the 80 zones are being ganked perminitly by 85s which does seem rather unfair now and anoying to say the least for people who wish just to pve and level up with out constantly having to look over there shoulders ,on another note great job fellas realm is running pretty well considering how new it is !!

This is a PVPVE server, not just a PVE. Expect PVP to happen on a PVP enabled server.

Yes we will have a PVE only server once enough of the content is working.
