When will lost vote items be restored/refunded? I'd bought three items for my now lvl255 rouge on Remorse, but never got them due to the hack happening between purchase and getting them out of the mailbox. Proof is here, and yes I did make a post about this in the proper thread in the proper board before now. I'm just wanting an update on the progress that's been made so far.

Put in a ticket a Super GM or higher will get to you.

I did, and then the GM that got to me told me to post in the forum and when I tried to respond to him I got a message saying that they weren't online.

Hey the day we got hacked i had bought some items from the vote store. i sent in a ticket because i have yet to recieve them and i want to know how i can get them. Rogue shirrt of voting, Eternal Tarbard, and 7 daily emblems... any help on what to do? cuz otherwise its like over 80 points down the drain

What realm are you guys playing in?

In each of the REALM FORUMS = Eternal, Redemption and Remorse forums =
there are topics called:

"Items Lost Issues"

Go to your realm forum and post there. Provide an unedited screenshot + mention where the items came from.

Once you make a ticket in-game, provide a link of your post.

We, still, are getting daily (or several times each day) a hard freeze and disconnect on Redemption.
Are we still unde5r attack? Or enduring lousy hardware? What's going on?

I want to play with my family here, but they're off in Perfect World until this daily crash/hang is cleared up. Some news about what's going on would be appreciated.
