The Dk starting quests are also being worked on but are taking a back seat to the crash issues, we are aware and will be working on them as time permits.

last time I had acces problems to guild bank I just switched guild lead and it worked fine

There is some in-game fixes, but we have a full fix and the issue shouldn't be coming up some time in the future.

Its been happening steadily for the last 3 weeks, once or twice a day, the server has already crashed 5 times since 10:30 or 11 am server. Again I was just about to finish my weekly quest in OS and the server crashed right before we pulled sarth.

I don't know if this may be the cause of issues but I did notice we're getting more and more players in Redemption Realm. It was over 2.5k online just today! Perhaps you should put another PvE server or upgrade your servers to handle these massive amount of players...

Yestrerday I saw 2888 people inline on the realms!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because everytime Iget a dc I hurry to homepage to see which realm is still online

Most of the time server crashed in redemption,eternal realm was packed with 1200+people

but yesterday there where 1400 alone on redemption!!!

With the recent upgrade to the server a month or so ago, the server is supposed to be able to support 5000 players. So the server crashes aren't because of the amount of players.
