We found a temp wpork around to the issue.

Update your realmlist to set realmlist logon2.eternal-wow.com

We are still continuing to work on the initial issues.

this works around still gives me "unable to connect" error.

WoW client sorta "hangs"/"freezes" (windows tells me "not responding") when i press login button, then suddenly the error message after the freeze is over.

I tried to ping eternal-wow.com and it works fine.
I tried to ping logon.eternal-wow.com and it timed out.
I tried to ping logon2.eternal-wow.com and it could not find the host.

DNS is still not updated for some people. (we have no control over this its your ISP)

I used a remote DNS lookup for figuring out the direct IP (173.208.123.141) related to logon2.eternal-wow.com
I tried using direct IP instead of domain name, I can't ping nor connect to the game.
perhaps there is another issue still?

I get the message "login server down" and "unable to connect", i get either ones randomly, sometimes it's login one, sometimes it's unable to connect.
(Using direct IP as realmlist ! - I get freezeing & unable to connect when using host name (prolly cuz of DNS not updated yet))

Several hundred people are using it just fine, half our staff can as well, other half cant.
