1. If a GM is ever visible...
-Do NOT Mob him
-Do NOT ask pointless questions like "How are you" and "How was your day"... We appreciate you being nice but we are usually VERY busy and cannot small talk. No one likes a suckup either...
-Do NOT please say "Hi GM =)", if you want to say hi, use our real names/character names
-Do NOT remind a GM about your ticket
-Do NOT ask for an event or when the next event will be
2. When creating tickets...
-If it is a bugged spell/item, report it in the forums
-Do NOT ask about events, we will do them when we are up to it... Don't ask when we're up for it!
-Be specific, yet short and sweet
-Use proper English. As much as we try to understand, some of you speak absolute nonsense and we hate re-asking you what the problem is.
-If you need a revive simply put "Need Revive" we LOVE people that do this! We do not take this as rude or demanding, it is short, sweet, and we know exactly what to do, and it takes 2 seconds!
-Do not DEMAND anything from us, we work hard, NEVER say things like "Gimme this item, teach me that spell" You will be muted, and most likely kicked
-We get MANY nonsense tickets everyday saying this like "Help!" or "I wanna talk to you". These tickets get deleted right away, if we don't know what to help with, we will not help.
3. In an event...
-Shutup (We know it's mean but this way people can read more of what the GM is saying, and less of the nonsense)
-Listen to the GM
-Stand still with your team unless told otherwise
-Do not complain about rewards or things that happen in an event, GM's decisions are final!
4. Items and Spells...
-We realize that people may be missing important items or spells in vendors and trainers. Most of them are missing for a reason. Either they are too rigged, given out in events, or we simply forgot (we're only human as awesome as we are
