There are ALOT of tickets asking GM's to revive them. For all of the people who do not know, there is a http://eternal-wow.com/account/revive.php script right on the website. You can go to it by logging in to the website, and then navigating to the link under the "Account" section in the menu. There is also an http://eternal-wow.com/account/unstuck.php script there as well.



There has also been a lot of disrespectful and insulting tickets. If you are a player, the last thing you want is to be on a Staff member's bad side. You must treat us with respect, to get respect. Sound fair? We understand many of you might be angry at times but just remember, before you try to contact a Staff member, take a breath, and remember we are not the cause of your anger. We try to help you, not the other way around. Yes, we understand that sometimes things might get bugged on the website or the server, but insulting us will not help your chances. I have said this before but I feel I have to remind a lot of you that this is a FREE service and we try our best.



With that being said I am enforcing a new rule with my Staff that any disrespectful or insulting tickets/posts will be automatically deleted without warning.

and the revive thing is that bug i mentioned before about running through portal...

and all the spirit healers have moved or something, the one in durator puts u in razor hill

I did insult a GM in one server (he deserve it) and i got baned (of course) but the server was a complete bug (it was held together by bugs)

if your talking about bugs/issues im sure if you leave a gm ticket a gm will get round to doing it for you. and post the bugs and issues in that section of the forum or ticket it so the gm gets round to the ticket for you.

I'd just like to take a moment to thank you guys for all your hard work.

I don't see how people think they have the right to criticize or foul-mouth the GMs.

Thanks for all your hard work and I hope the few (or at times many) assholes who keep pestering you doesn't overshadow those of us who actually appreciate all the work you put in to this!

upgrade to version 3.3.2 but will not let me play why? charge my account where it says battle net account, then load the game tells me disconnected from the server, what I can do? :cry::?
