You're not going to find a better server with staff who care and listen as much as these guys do. My wife and I donated quite a bit in the time we've been here since October of last year or so and I've seen bugs and issues with my class and gear and the instances come about and they're generally always dealt with to the best of their ability.

Rome wasn't built in a night people. I'm certain the lag and the crashes will go away, you just have to remember with this new beta realm being released and the fall of a unmentioned server's client base, they're seeing more hits and users connecting just for the love of pvp'n than ever before I'm betting. It's only making their mission to fix things seem worse than it really is for the moment. Because hardware is purchased mainly with donation money the fix for problems comes shortly after its a problem i'd imagine. I'm also willing to bet they kick up some of the cost themselves just for the love of the game and doing it right. So give'm a break with the lag and d/c's remember its free to play here. IT is a privilege, you pay for the right to have items when you donate and they extend proper use of those donations to better your gameplay because its a cycle. We all know they make a buck here and there too....so what....IT TAKES MONEY TO MAKE MONEY. write that down.....take a picture...remember it for later =]

Is it a possibility I'm gonna have to re-level my mage on remorse to take the benefits of the buff increases because I made it within the first couple days of the realms launch and it still only hits for like 400k on my hardest spells with more gear than had before. If yes, can it be fixed manually by a Dev somehow? I don't wanna lose all that gear from voting...If no. I guess i'll have no choice but to remake my mage and re-level it to 255 and just buy the highest quality gear and start whoopin everyone's ass in sight. this will happen anyway eventually...but until then, the fix would be nice lol

Thanks for the kind words.
In regards to your character, the updates *should* most definately have already taken affect. If for some reason, your character is bugged, put in a ticket requesting a dev to take a look at it. This kind of ticket takes awhile to get answered since there are far fewer people answering them (just a couple of devs) but within a day or so they'll get to it if you're on the character at the time. If you have an issue connecting with a dev because of you not playing the character while you wait, instead go on Teamspeak in the help channel, put a comment in your name, and wait for a dev called "Devo" to talk to you or PM him on the forum.
Sorry for the informal process on this, but we don't have an official line of communication in place for this type of fix since we don't normally need it.

Whats up with the recent remorse crashes? I've had to restart the game 3 times in the past 20 minutes because of the server crashes.

well unfortunately I cant say that the lag is fixed for me. Crashed several times today as well.
Hopefully they will find the problem soon.

BTW Love this server more than any other fun server I have played. Great work on the design. Love the idea of events .
One thing that might be a positive improvement in the future, would be more expensive things to purchase with honor. I see an honor booster in the vote rewards, but cant think of a reason to buy it.....

I don't know about you guys, but i keep getting lag-spikes very often.Currently leveling a rogue and i am getting 2-5 seconds lag-spikes all over the place. I also checked if there's something wrong with my internet connection but everything is ok. Hopefully it will go away

Well, that's PROBABLY because you have to be lvl 255 to create a DK, which STARTS at lvl 255. As far as the previoius comment about lag, sometimes, but not nearly as often as I did. My biggest QQ is the 3-5 crashes we've had so far today and it's not even 3 in the afternoon.....strange. Anyway, good luck to all.

I'm still experiencing lag and connection issues on Redemtion. it takes forever to load when I go to diff locations on the map, EG: using the Eternal Gateway to go from Stormwind to Northrend.

Hope you guys are working on resolving this, as I plan on donating once I get my income tax money back.

Ever since 2-3 Days ago my MS has been 57-105, But i get Major Lag spikes. Speedtest says my Average Ping is 80. i get Major lag spikes about 3-5 seconds each and cant PvP. i ran a Virus scan and Got Nothing. I even restarted my router 20+ times.

Since I got my new PC i didn't had a lot of lagg anyway, but still a good job to fix the server lagg. I'm playing on Eternal for about 5 months now and really enjoy playing here, after i quited on a other blizzlike private server.
But since I played here for about 3 months I'm wondering why Eternal goes a lot more offline than Redemption or the 2.x servers? For example, Eternal and the new Remorse are both offline atm, while the other servers are just fine.

Anyway, thanks for the good care for the people, and I must agree with one of the other posts on a previous page of this topic, since the DDOS attacks you inform the players much better, so keep up the good work ^_^
