I'll keep this short and sweet. VIP and Vote Points are now unified! They are the same thing! You may transfer between VIP and Vote points in the store freely. See "VIP Items->Account->Miscellaneous", and "Vote Items->Account->Miscellaneous", respectively. No one technically needs to ever spend a single cent here now to be able to earn anything we offer. Cheers!

Really nice to see this change. Will still take more than a year of voting to just get Smourne, but well, at least we got a way now without donating for all the complaners among us. Now we can just say: It isn't only a donor item, you can just vote for it to get it yourself. I will just continue voting for now, see if I can ever make Smourne + Eternal set

PS: I haven't found it anywhere on the forum, but how can you get the vote points for making a Wiki page? Does a GM need to look at it to see how much VP / VIP points it's worth? Cause I made some Macro pages yesterday (I know, it's not that much, but still got to get used to the Wiki. Will probably make more pages in the future. )

This is cool but most ppl dont realise, u have to vote insane amounts of time to get a single donor item
Lets calculate for example how much time do u need to vote to get dbw hc :
1500vip = 3000vps
if u vote twice each day and we count in the doubled vp for first 3 days of the month we get
3 x 2 x 10 = 60 vps for the first 3 days of the month
we take 30 days for an average amount of days in a month
so the rest of the month u can get
27 x 10 = 270 vps
Monthly u can get 270 + 60vps = 330 vps

So 3000/330 = 9 months of voting

Get what im saying?

Actually i miscalculated, u can get 600vps monthly, thats 1500 / 600 = 2,5 months (in ideal conditions)

Hell, i cant even find a list of what game cards you exepct.

And voting at what... 12 points a day, twice a day, it will take forerever to come up with enough to convert over to VIP and WHEN we can, you actually have any vip items in the 200 points range? I mean you are talking about a year just to get shadowmourne.

Congrats on finding new ways to trash the server, cause MORE DCs and lags and run off players.
BTW just because our REAL LIFE economy is in the tanker, doesnt mean you have to increase the vote items prices. They were high enough as it is. I swear you must be democrats.

Oh yea... I had 75 emblems of heroism before the crappy event change. I was saving up for the mount.. "The reins of the wooly mamoth", thanks for steeling/deleting my EOHs!! Extremely and sooo not fair nor right!

And taking away the option of converting down emblems doesnt help matters either. I would like my 75 EOHs that you so kindly deleted from my currency BACK. You can keep the lagfest and all the DCs. The game is now unstable and very unplayable.

For me, the big incentive against voting crazy-nuts for months to get something uber, is the recent nerfing of the event trinkets. It's clear that if the powers-that-be change their minds, or if the right donors complain, everything you've worked hard for will be taken away, or made useless.
