We are actively looking for Game Master's at all times, but we are in more need for people for these times (All times are based off the server's time (GMT -6, Central Time Zone):
3 AM-10 AM
5 PM-10 PM

What is a GM’s job?
As a GM we are the face of the Eternal-WoW staff. Players see us first. This also means we get all the abuse when the players get mad. We are the buffer between the Development team and the general population. Every ticket does not need an Administrator to look at it, and every person that thinks something is bugged does not need to talk to a Developer. We help where we can point others to where they should be posting and passing on the issues that need to be addressed by someone else.

GM’s are directly involved in helping decide what direction the servers are going to move in, and we assist in testing new content. While the Developers code and the Administrators spawn and add content, us GM’s are out there helping the players and making sure that as many people as possible are happy with the way things are.

Now there are some requirements:

Must be age 17
Must be active in the community, we don't accept people who come in and post an application on the day they joined
Must be able to commit at least 15 hours a week to meet GM duties
Effort on the application, we don't expect a 3 page essay, but we don't want 1 liners either

The staff works well together, and is a blast to work with. If you have any interest and feel you meet the requirements, apply (account tab, GM/Dev Application) and give it a shot.

I ask because I submitted a Dev application a week or so ago and haven't heard anything, even in the negative.





Some response like "Thank you for applying, but you don't meet our requirements at this time" or something like that would be nice.

We get in so many applications that we only respond to those who get voted for a trial period.

The Dev applications are looked over by Cypher / Fate once / twice a week. They are due to look at them any time

If you submit an application and you do not meet the requirements you are instantly notified.
Most GM apps take about a week to be voted on if they do meet the requirements, dev apps on the other hand may take a lot longer because our Manager, and people that understand code.

if i enjoy like a GM i will lost my last char or i can i create a new account??

If you are accepted to become a moderator, the most feasible option is to create a new account. If you don't want to do that, then you will have to delete your current characters on your original account.

TL;DR You can't have a GM char and regular char on the same account.

A simple "No sorry, you do not meet the requirements! Thanks for the support" /or "Thanks for the application, you are now being under investigation by the Staff for a unanimous decision" isnt hard to send!!

We deal with our apps like the most work places do around the world: if we are interested we will contact you. If we don't contact you, assume that we weren't interested.

If you do not receive a reply you met the requirements but Eternal Staff deemed you application lacking in some way. Here are a quick few reasons why ANYONE would be denied;

• Not enough played time
• Lacking in general question information
• Not enough average played time per day
• Below standard answers for the final three questions ("How would you handle the following situations?")
• Lacking in basic English, including grammar
• A fault/crack was found in your background and/or story
