Darkmoon Faire?

Does the darkmoon faire work? I dont even see it listed on the calendar. If you guys can't get it working it would be nice to be able to hand in the deck to a random npc like a badge vendor for the right trinket.

Yesterday it was spawned in Terokkar.

I don't think I've ever seen Darkmoon in the calendar, but it travels between Goldshire, Thunder Bluff and Shattrath and comes to town the first week of every month.
They start to set up camp at 00:01 on the Sunday before the 1st Monday of each month and stays for one week.
