Update@8:15PM Server Time: The datacenter has disabled an uplink having trouble and we're using the other 4 uplinks now. I've been monitoring since and things have been good. For the moment the problem seems resolved.
On behalf of Eternal-WoW, we really apologize for all the issues through last night and today. We've resolved all issues, except we're still struggling with connectivity drops from our data center. This is an extremely frustrating issue for all of us, but rest assured that at least we are doing all that we can and that things will be back to normal as soon as we can possibly provide.
At this time, the connectivity issues seem to be getting better, but are not gone. There is no ETA at the moment, but I will update this as I learn more. Thanks for your patience. I would have made this statement earlier, but was so busy working on the problem, and I've added it as you deserve to know what's going on.
