BONUS user incentive program for wiki contibutions => up to 250pts

So, even without getting 15k likes you can still get 759 points by the deadline by voting every 12 hours.

Maybe the increase in vote item cost is hinting towards a survey/point method of 'donating'? (Wait, that doesn't really make since-- if it becomes easy to 'donate', then if anything, the vote prices would drop)

Or perhaps, stronger vote weapons/items.

I first used the vote page to obtain a weapon to help me through pos/fos runs until I did a pos hc and got the felglacier bolter. I later used it to get the 25 man airship bracers for mm hunters because I really did not like wearing the icc 25 saurfang leather bracers. Hunters should not have to wear leather because part of the instance isn't working. I always thought the vote page was there to help people, but now it seems to be just there to help nudge people into donating for 277 or 284 gear.

Because we are working on things.


We decided not to wait and do 500 things at once, since so many things can go wrong... Its only smart to do things slowly to look for issues.

Well that just killed my reason for trying for VP, Sigh. Of course, I'm glad they will be available in game. Some more items for endgame chars would be nice =)

You did this with removing the primordial saronites when I had saved like 500 points to buy them to make armour. This time I have been saving to buy Neverending Winter and now you remove it, thanks.

i have to agree with you on this. whats the point in having people vote if every thing cost a million vp's and or nothings worth a hoot to vote for in the first place? i have 3 vip points that's been setting in my account now for a while, why?, because there is nothing i can buy with 3 vip points.And another thing, i made a ticket in game one time about relentless pvp gear that was supposed to be in the vendors in org and stormwind, and wouldnt ya know it... 1 or 2 weeks later, instead of being in the vendor where they are ment to be, i.e "blizzlike", there in the donation pages instead, lolol. wow! nice work.

I have 3 acc here in eternal server, I will not vote anymore because of the problems of lag, however I will continue playing in eternal, really miss the first days of eternal when we played with no lag and we could talk about anything without being muted by Some little kid.

I may or may not answer my own questions here, but how will this being able to do surveys and sign up for tons of junk mail (on and off-line) effect things? Will ppl who donate their sanity & dignity by filling out these awful surveys for VIP Points this way have VIP Area access for their woes?

The surveys will count twords the amount needed to get the VIP trinket.

People can choose to vote or not vote, but throwing these tantrums is just sad.

Everything done is to prepare for bigger changes later that will make you wish you had never stopped voting. But you can take your toys and go home if you would like.
