Launcher.
Ok I am wondering when I download the Eternal Launcher must I install WOW TBC and WotLK and patch it. Or can i just start playing Eternal servers normaly without all of this?

Yes, you need the 3.3.5.12340 version along with wrath of the lich king expansion to play on wtlk realms.
The launcher just serves to run the game, it is not needed to play on our realms because you can run the game from wow.exe(windows) or wow.App(Mac) instead, but you need to have the game properly patched to that version.
And 4.0.6.a version of the game is needed to play on cata realms(Ruin or Damnation).
