Hi, i have a problem with my accounts. They work ingame i have chars there, but when i try to login on website to vote it wont work...can some1 explain the problem and what i have to do to work?
acc names are ruhmyna and romyna.

It seems that your password in-game does not match with your password on forums, try this:

You mustn`t be log on with any account.

1. Type in your browser http://www.eternal-wow.com
2. Go to Register.
3. Left click on forgot password.
4. Type your username and the mail used to create the account.
5. The system should send a mail to your email box used which reset the currently password of your wow account ingame and your forum account. Both passwords should be the same by default.

Note:The new password must have 1 Uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and it must beat least 6 chars. long
eg. Kickme2

I did that and i got this message
"You are not authorised to request a new password."

ummmm what that means?....what next?
