This commonly means there is a bottleneck delaying the transfer of information.
First, simply restart the computer, then go into the WoW folder and delete the "Cache" and "WTF" folders. Afterwards there are three main factors to investigate when experiencing this issue. The checksum offload setting, duplex setting and a router's firmware. What is occurring is that some data that is being sent to your computer is being filtered or blocked entirely.
Another leading cause of the Unknown Entities issue is outdated firmware on the router.

If you are confused about what to do, I would suggest calling those you bought the router from and see if there are any updates on your router (assuming you do have a router).
Also, to verify that it is your connection being disrupted, please make a tracert.
To do a tracert, open the Command Prompt, and write:
tracert login.eternal-wow.com
Post back the result (right click the Command Prompt window, select "Select all", and copy with the Ctrl+C shortcut).

The Duplex and Checksum Offload settings in the Network Card may need to be adjusted for better performance.
- Locate your network card (reply if you have any problem locating it).
- Right click the network card and select Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- If you have an option to set the Duplex setting set it to 100BaseTX Full Duplex.
- If you have an option to set the Checksum Offload setting, may vary in specific naming, disable this setting.
Changing these options will normally cause your connection to reset temporarily. You may also have to restart your system after changing these options to connect to the internet once more.
