If you've made and destroyed a chapter of Green Hills, then, per the patch note from a long time ago, Barnil Stonepot will "help you relocate" the chapter you made and destroyed.
Question: HOW does he help "relocate" these lost chapters? HOW do we trigger this help?
I'm trying to help a char that completed Chapter IV, then destroyed Chapter IV, and now the other chapters are made, but Barnil seems not helpful at "relocating" said lost chapter so the quest doesn't complete.
Clues, please? Is this just a bugged quest, or a bugged NPC?
