First of all i rly wanna excuse my bad english but i will try to do my best to explane you my point....

about Donation.... i have a Serbian friend that said to me "i cant donate bcuz paypal dont have access in our country... we have Monkey***" .. something.. cant remember the full name.. so .. guys.. since Serbians are enough in your server... ask the ppl what are they ways to pay /donate....

about the SMS's.. welll 1, 2, 3 ... YES ... and again... try to connect with the main Mobile operators with the most active Countries in your server... for example.. Bulgaria and Serbia have alot of ppl that play in Eternal-Wow... in Bulgaria.. we have 3 national mobile operators... Mobil-tel, Globul and Vivacom (National - Bulgarian Telecom) so .. somehow .. make a deal with those operators and help us to donate for what we need... we will be happy... you will have donate... All sides are happy..

P.S .. with western Union i think most of the ppl will not handle since at our Country any cash transfer require AGE (18+).. and believe me... ppl here.. mostly are under 18+ or 21+ ... So .. do you think their parents will be agree to give you 20$ for some game? i dont think so.. SMS is the better way i think...
