Yes, your account is banned.

You may appeal the ban but you have to log into that account and talk to gms about it on Ban appeal section, we don´t deal with ban appeal on realms section.

i can't log on website with banned account and i ddon't know how to do that with another account if you can post how to do thet

You´d be able to see the ban appeal section when you log on the banned account and you click on item store.

Any further doubt, check this guide out.

If you can´t log on website with the banned account for any reason, as your account is donor, you might send an email from your email address you donated from (Paypal email address or Moneybookers email address) to accountrecovery@eternal-wow.com saying "I wish to recover the account named: _________

After sent the email, a Donation Admin or a Staff member will contact you through the email associated to your donor account(paypal or moneybookers). He/she will ask you for the paypal and other bills to check if in fact you are the owner.

Once, any staff member has resetted the password of that account, you might log on website and do a ban appeal.
