What people think about gunship battle stuff? I think there must be vendor for gunship battle stuff in the world.
for example cost per item may be: ICC 10 normal 60 Emblem of frost, 10 Heroic and 25 normal 90 Eofs, 25 heroic 120 Eofs. It should balance this game somehow.

There is a vendor in the dalaran sewers, Use the portal to acces to it. The NPC sells 10/25 Normal Gunship gear for Daily quest emblems.

Yes this is 100% true, but it might be a good idea to take these prices into re-consideration. Since Gunship Battle was 1 of the easier encounters in Retail. Meaning the loot was very easy to obtain, meaning it did not take ages to get, but with our current options in game they take ages to obtain. Lets say we do a single daily quest per day, some of these items would actually take 50 days to get at this rate!

I agree it was nice of them to put in a way to get this loot but the prices are way to high personaly I skip the gunship loots and save for the more usefull cheaper items. But in retail we called it LOOTship for a reason

you know whats sad? we have no idea of the current progress on the Gunship battle.... and how coded it is.... and i've look at other servers and they have gunship 95% working and the boats properly working so can we atleast get a status on the gunship battle besides "Bugged" or " too much effort" Btw these servers had less than 10-20man staff's....not gonna give any names But i'm just saying....

Honestly I think they should make gunship loot purchasable with Frost Emblems instead of Victory Emblems. If they change the currency type these items would actually be reasonably obtainable. Also make the prices the way they are from the Frost Quartermaster in Dalaran. I mean these are ICC items, why are we using anything but Frost Emblems to obtain them?

I mean what are people doing 90% of the time they are on Redemption? They are raiding for gear and Frost Emblems. So why not make needed ICC items obtainable through the common methods of play. People still have to work for their Frost Emblems, however obtaining 100 Frost Emblems is much easier than obtaining even 30 of the Victory Emblems because the sources of Victory Emblems are too few to meet the requirement costs of items. Changing the currency type of these items is not only logical but makes the time and effort invested worthy of the reward.

I'd really like to ask for some more ways to obtain gear but there's this other thing:

we have actually been given a way to grab all that gear (yea, it's slow, but it can be done).

True, buying something from gunship with EoF would be sweet, but I don't mind if it stays just like it is - at least you know that someone put a s***load of effort when you see him with some of that sexy gear

Making them puschasable with eofs is the best choise.

when they made this vendor, they were worried not to make the gear easy to get to prevent people from getting ICC gear without ever doing ICC
eofs are only farmable in ICC
logic dictates that's the best form of currency.

but we can keep the custom currency for the custom items.

False you can get EoF's outside of ICC simply by doing the weekly(5EoFs/5EoTs) if it's naxxaramas/Sartharian must die/Flame levitathon must die and so on.. and you can also do RDF(2 Eofs) for EoF's as well

weeklys, RDFs and voa is hardly an effective way to farm eofs.
