how to use restore option to restore lost characters

hi there sorry for this basic question but i really do need help restore lots of lost characters please tell me where i can find this restore option ... thanks in advance

Account tab > Account control panel > character > undelete

inb4 crying about hes char being deleted. to be fair you should have atleast warned him about it zorras ;3

Then he'd ask me.. Can i get back my toons? and I would have to reply "no" if they were deleted at last cleaning.

The "undelete" function is not 100% reliable though, so if he deleted a character by mistake. Maybe he will never see his characters again.
