Is Mind Control ban in arena?

Some nab warr told me he was gona report me for using mind control in arena, in the other servers i've been in its always been allow. Is it not allow here? :?:

Malevolent - 6.2k gs sub rogue pvp

yea that warrior is just "trying" to scare you cus he's butthurt, use it as much as you please u wont get banned.

While I doub it being bannable, it is often quite buggy. I remember in a random bg a spriest mind controlled me during bladestorm. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed :D pretty sure that isn't supposed to work during skillstorm. I also have been dced before from mc in arenas.

on some servers it can make you disconnect, especially if you can somewhat steer your character while being mind controlled. but no, it's not bannable here.
