So, I was playing retail for a while and the last time I played this server was July 01, 2011 - 09:58:33 PM (CDT) (info from account page). I have spent over $400 on this server, most of it went to my characters on redemption. According to my account page, I only have 6 Characters, All on Remorse. I remember these characters and they are where they should be but all my characters from eternal/Redemption are gone and I really would like them back. When I went to my account history, under VIP Item Orders, Under character name, all orders to redemption say a Code (guessing the character ID) and "(Perm Del)", Example: "291065 (Perm Del)". I really should be able to get my characters back because there is even a record of them being there. I mean, 445922 (Perm Del) got a Level to 80 on 2010-12-23 14:00:54 and a Shaman Wrathful Gladiator Set on 2010-12-23 14:19:59, therefore, even if you have deleted records of my characters, you can give me back my 80 Shaman+Wrathful glad set, right... Also got Warrior T10 and Level to 80 on the same ID ("ID" meaning, "ID(Perm Del)"). I am assuming that, somewhere along the way, you did a realm cleanup and I lost my characters...

post in the VIP section i assume? also, you dont rly need a wall of text trying convincing them it should be possible lol. just tell them ur problem and they'll tell you if its possible to get ur chars back

Correct. We done a realm cleaning for both Eternal & Redemption last month and all account's & character's that have been inactive 6 months or longer have been deleted, however, all donor character's will be restored with their full donor gear just make a post in the VIP Issues section and a developer will look into it as soon as possible.

Yeah, i was looking around in the forums and saw others with the same problem in the vip section so I was just about to ask for a lock on this thread and I am going to repost in VIP section
