There are still devs out there, they are currently working on the big update pack which will fix lots of things including Mastery, Running Wild and Raids/Dungeons. There is currently no ETA to it though.

There are always devs working on everything. Just because it doesn't happen overnight doesn't mean they aren't working to get stuff done They do their best and are pretty good at it, just look at our population growing. Keep your chin up and just be patient and good things will happen
