Ok , i was same problem because my launcher skip me to 4.3.2 patch and i can't play wow so i decided to donwload one client with "No install" for play on eternal.
I found this torrent with my 6mb Net i downloaded 600kb/s and after 14 hours i get wow cata done.

You maybe need to wait some time until download get faster.

Yes, you can use the torrent from our cata conection guide, just follow method 1.
